GP Super Clinics bring together general practitioners, nurses, medical specialists, allied health professionals and other health care providers to deliver better health care, tailored to the needs and priorities of the community.

We are committed to multidisciplinary team care, and will bring new doctors and new services to the region. The innovative use of Information Technology allows patient records to be available electronically (with patient consent) to practitioners.
Goal
Our goal is to provide excellent primary healthcare to the communities that we serve, with specific strategies to target those who are the most disadvantaged in the community. We aim to make primary health care accessible and affordable to those in need.
